The things that actually go wrong, and what to do about each.
I have forgotten my password
There is no self-serve reset yet — we are building it. Email moksh.dmatclub@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will reset it by hand. If you have paid, say so in the subject line and we will prioritise it.
I signed up with Google and the password form says my password is wrong
That is expected, and it is our wording that is misleading. An account created with the Google button has no password at all, so the email form cannot ever accept one. Use the Continue with Google button on the login page instead.
The Google button does nothing when I click it
Usually a blocked third-party script — an ad blocker, a strict
privacy extension, or a network that blocks
accounts.google.com. Try a normal window with extensions
off, or on mobile data instead of an office or campus network. If it
still does nothing, email us and we will set the account up with a
password instead.
I paid but mocks 2 to 5 are still locked
Log out and log back in first — access is attached to your session, and the session in your browser predates the payment. If that does not fix it within a few minutes, email us with the Razorpay payment ID and we will unlock it by hand. Payment always lands on the account you were logged into, so nothing is lost.
My mock closed or the tab crashed
Reopen it from Mock tests. An in-progress mock is saved and will resume where you left off. Note that the clock is a real deadline, not a pause button — time that passed while the tab was shut is time spent, exactly as it would be in the exam.
My history is empty but I know I sat a mock
Log out and log back in first. Every sitting is saved to your account, so your history follows you to any device you sign in from — but the page shows the copy in this browser first and then replaces it with your account's copy when the server answers. If you are signed in and it is still empty after a refresh, email moksh.dmatclub@gmail.com and we will look it up.
One exception: sittings from before 4 September 2026 were recorded in the browser only, because there was no account copy yet. Those were uploaded the next time you opened your dashboard, and they appear marked earlier with no duration. If you sat one of those on a device you have not signed in on since, it may never have been uploaded. Your full history is here.
Can I reopen a mock I already sat?
Yes — Mock history has a Review button on each sitting whose answers were saved. It reopens the paper with your answers and the worked solution on every question. The most recent sitting of each mock is reviewable from the browser you sat it in; any sitting saved to your account is reviewable from anywhere.
Review says the questions were updated after I sat it
On 12 September 2026 we rewrote the Figure Sequences questions in the Core mocks: a fault in how we generated them left some figures sitting still between two pictures when they should have moved, which made those questions unsolvable as written. Fixing it meant replacing the questions.
Your score and your history are unaffected and nothing was recalculated. But the answers we saved for a mock you sat before that date point at the old questions, and showing them against the new ones would mark you wrong for questions you never saw — so we show nothing instead. Sit the mock again and Review works as usual. Apologies for the inconvenience; the questions are correct now.
We are a preparation platform and not an authority on the exam. For anything about registration, your centre, your slot or your APS file, the official portals are the only reliable source, and we will always tell you to go there rather than guess.
