What we collect

Taking any mock test requires a free account, so we hold the name and email address you register with, and a session token that keeps you logged in.

If you purchase the bundle, we additionally hold the payment reference needed to deliver access and keep transaction records. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to our payment provider.

Your answers and scores

We store your answers so you can review them, on any device you sign in from. This changed on 4 September 2026. It used to all live in your browser, which meant your work disappeared if you cleared your browsing data, and never reached your phone if you sat the mock on a laptop.

When you finish a mock we save, against your account: which mock it was, when you sat it, how long you took, your score and section breakdown, and the answer you gave to each question alongside the correct one. That is what lets your dashboard show you every question you got wrong, with its worked solution, weeks later and on a different device.

We also read this in aggregate to find bad questions — an item nobody gets right is usually our mistake, not yours. Your name is not attached to anything we publish, and we do not publish scores.

Who can see it: you, and the site owner. Nobody else, ever. We do not sell it, share it, or give it to any university, agent or consultancy.

Your browser also keeps its own copy so a mock still works if our server is unreachable mid-test. Deleting your account deletes both.

Emails we send

When you finish a mock we email you your result: the score, the section you lost most marks in, and what to do about it. If you are on the free plan that email, and one follow-up two days later, also tell you what the paid bundle adds and how much it costs. Paying customers are never sent an offer. Every result email carries a one-click link that stops them; password resets and payment receipts continue regardless because your account needs them. These emails are sent from a Gmail address that belongs to the site owner, and replying reaches him directly.

Visitor counting

We count how many people are on the site at a given moment. To do this the server derives a short one-way code from your IP address and browser type combined with a salt that changes every day, and stores only that code, the page path you are on, and the time. Your IP address and browser type themselves are never written down, the code cannot be reversed, it changes daily so it cannot follow you across days, and the record is deleted within minutes of you leaving. It is not linked to your account, and it sets no cookie.

Analytics

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Clarity records how pages are viewed and interacted with — scrolling, clicks and mouse movement — and sets its own cookies to recognise a returning browser. It does not identify you by name, and Clarity masks the text you type into form fields, so what you enter into a login, signup or payment form is not captured. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. If you would rather not be included, most browsers let you block third-party scripts, and browser Do Not Track and tracker-blocking extensions both prevent it loading.

Clarity does not run inside a mock test. The mock player and the free practice test in exam mode load no analytics at all, so no analytics provider ever sees a question you were shown or an answer you gave. Your mock answers go to your own account, as described above, and nowhere else. On the free practice test nothing you enter is stored at all — we only count how many people reach each step.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to any third-party education agent or consultancy.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all of your attempts. Deletion is permanent and we cannot recover your history afterwards. Write to moksh.dmatclub@gmail.com and we respond within 30 days, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We keep your attempts for as long as your account exists, because their whole purpose is to still be there when you come back to revise. Ask us to delete them at any time and we will.

Cookies

Two kinds. Essential cookies keep you signed in and are required for the site to work at all. Microsoft Clarity sets its own analytics cookies to recognise a returning browser; these are not essential, and blocking third-party cookies stops them without affecting your account or your mock tests.
